About Udaipur

It is also called as the city of lakes. The city is located on the banks of three lakes and thus, it gets its name. It is also surrounded by Aravali hills. Udaipur is filled with numerous attractions that would stimulate romance and creativity. This city is also called as the city of dawn.

The museum has many interesting artefacts from various parts of the state. The next attraction is the Pichola lake and the palace hotel in the middle. Boating in this lake is an important tourist activity. UdaiSagar Lake is a good place for sightseeing and strolling. Pratap Memorial has a large statue of Rana Pratap which is made in bronze. Jagdish temple which was built in 17th century and is located near the city palace. Saheliyonkibari is a garden for strolling. Jag Mandir is a good place for getting a panoramic view of many monuments and the lake from the balconies. Bhartiyalok kala mandir is a good place to enjoy fort architecture in the state. Ahar museum is located in Ahar and has some rare collections.
